Miserable - I kept telling myself - go faster - you are poking along - but i couldn't do the whole 3 without walking. Hoping for a better day tomorrow!
Back to running after a big layoff - those 3 miles this AM were not too easy! But try, I will. It will only get better - just happy to be out there for starters!
