First half on Thanksfiving Day. Thankful to have set this goal for myself and to have completed it.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to qualify for Boston. I now have the time to train and this has always been my dream.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would like to continue running and see this as something I can do for a long time. I fell better now than
30 minute tempo run at 10:04 - 1- 10:10, 2- 9:55, 3 -10:02
